Watchers Overview

Watchers are users subscribed to receive notifications when a ticket is updated. Adding a watcher ensures they are alerted to activity, comments, and status changes on the ticket.

Endpoint	Description
List watchers	Retrieve all watchers on a ticket
Add watcher	Subscribe a user to ticket notifications
Remove watcher	Unsubscribe a user from ticket notifications

Client watchers

A client watcher subscribes an entire client organization to a ticket rather than an individual user.

Endpoint	Description
List client watchers	Retrieve the client watchers on a ticket
Add client watcher	Add a client as a watcher on a ticket
