A shipment moves one or more provisioned devices to the merchant. Quote carrier rates first, purchase a label from the rate you want, and void or cancel when plans change. Rates, labels, and voids are handled through ShipStation, and each outcome is recorded on the deployment order timeline.
A label can only be purchased for a pending shipment. Voiding a label returns the shipment to pending so a new label can be bought; canceling it does not.
